About Us

With the concept and design of our Hillside, Beachfront and Townside accommodation options we have tried to give the backpacker a higher quality of budget accommodation by creating a feeling of spaciousness with all our rooms, i.e. high ceiling, open plan living and large decking areas, but keeping "Budget Price" in mind.

With our Hillside and Beachside locations, we offer self-contained bungalows, double/twin/single rooms and dorm-style accommodation, with large open plan living areas and fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The Hillside complex is ideal for large groups of up to 20 persons, however bookings are essential. We can now also offer accommodation in the heart of Avarua, Rarotonga's main town, at our Townside location.

Hillside

Relax on our decks by the swimming pool while taking in the breathtaking ocean views or, for the more energetic, a 60 minute hike up Raemaru Mountain for the spectacular sweeping views of the island. Join us for our popular Tuesday night BBQ or other organised night entertainment.

Beachfront

We also have a number of beachfront and beachside options for you: dorm beds, rooms, and bungalows for rent, as well as a two-room beach house.  Located right by the lagoon not far from our hillside complex, you can stay in groups or as individuals to any budget and comfort level.

Rentals

We have scooters, bicycles, snorkel gear and spear guns for hire, and for the keen surfer, surfboards.
